As an employee of our company, you will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to presenting Odoo solutions, conducting demos (with technical support), preparing proposals, and closing deals.
The company will provide full training on Odoo ERP, sales process, and internal tools to ensure your success in the role.
Your mission is to understand client needs and match them with Odoo’s capabilities to deliver measurable value.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Achieve monthly sales objectives
- Conduct needs assessments and understand customer workflows
- Negotiate and contract
- Stay Updated on ERP trends and new Odoo features
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, IT services, or ERP.
- Good understanding of Odoo ERP modules and Business processes.
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Strong negotiation skills and customer-oriented mindset.
Nice to have
- Direct experience selling Odoo ERP or other ERP systems
- Experience working with SMEs or mid-market clients
- Understanding of key business processes (accounting, HR, procurement ...etc)
- Strong analytical skills
